Yes — kids BJJ is our largest program, with age- and level-specific classes from age 4 through the teen years. We're in Star, Idaho and draw families from Eagle, Middleton, Meridian, Nampa and across the Treasure Valley.
Yes. Your first class is free for both kids and adults — no commitment and no experience needed. Book online or call us at (208) 408-3687 and we'll get you on the mat.
Kids can start at age 4 in Level 01 (ages 4–6), with dedicated Level 02 and 03 classes for older kids and teens. Every class is matched to your child's age and skill level, and new students ages 7–13 start in Level 02.
Of course — we encourage parents to stay and watch. We just ask that you refrain from coaching your own children during class, and help keep the noise respectful so every student can focus on learning.
For children we follow the IBJJF stripe and belt promotion rules — kids who attend regularly earn a stripe roughly once a month, with new belts based on the IBJJF timeline. Adult promotions follow IBJJF belt requirements.
We encourage competition at all levels as a great learning tool, though it's always optional. If your child is competing, we ask that they're training a minimum of three times per week.
Children move to the next class level based on age and their performance in class. Every level change brings an increase in expectations and intensity, and we work hard to make sure each child is ready for it.
Kids programs run $100–$110/month and adult BJJ is $130/month, with Kickboxing at $100/month. We keep it simple with straightforward monthly memberships, and family discounts are available when more than one family member trains.
No experience or gear required for your first class. Just wear comfortable athletic clothes and show up 10 minutes early — we'll take care of the rest and get you a loaner if you need one.
Gi training uses the traditional jiu-jitsu uniform and its grips; No-Gi is trained in shorts and a rash guard with a faster, more wrestling-oriented pace. We run both throughout the week so you can learn the full art.
Yes — we hold a Women's Only class on Friday evenings, open to all levels. It's a great on-ramp for anyone who'd like to start training in a smaller, welcoming setting.
We're based in Star and regularly train families from Eagle, Middleton, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell — most reach us in about 10–20 minutes.
