PROGRAMS

  • Level 01 is our introductory class for all children ages 4-6. This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of jiujitsu, establish excitement to be on the mats, and encourage essential skills for the sport including respect, perseverance, and communication.

    Children in this class will learn the basics including guard, passing, takedowns, and submissions. They will also be introduced to sparring – first with coaches, and then with their teammates. Instructors utilize tools such as warmups and games heavily in this class to promote listening skills, teamwork, and coordination.

  • Level 02 class is for all children ages 7-13. This class builds on foundations learned the level 01 class, with the additions of increased attention to detail and further exploration of fundamental jiujitsu concepts. Children in this class will have the opportunity to diversify their knowledge of jiujitsu, with instruction on a wide variety of techniques. Here they can begin to develop their personal styles and are encouraged to be creative.

    Level 2 class reinforces the expectations of respectful behavior, self-discipline, and positive communication with training partners and instructors. Children in this class are expected to set personal goals and are encouraged to consistently work towards self-improvement.

    *All new students ages 7-13 will start in this class.

  • Level 3 class is a for children ages 7-13 who have been promoted from the level 2 class. This is a high intensity class for students who regularly compete and are preparing for the adults program.

    Children in this class will develop strong technical skills, build competition strategy, engage in independent goal setting, and seek consistent improvement. Instructors will continue to promote the values of respect, perseverance, determination, and confidence.

    Students will transition to the adults class at age 14.

  • Our adults classes are suitable for adults and juveniles ages 14 and up.

    Adults classes are offered 6 days a week, and are open to all skill levels. Our curriculum is constructed to teach the fundamentals of jiujitsu including guard, passing, takedowns, and submissions. These classes cover a diverse range of techniques to allow students to develop their own personal styles and encourage creativity.
